- This is an independent learning program. Customers identify courses needed to upgrade their skills for employment.
- Customers have unlimited access for 180 days and may take an unlimited number of courses.
- All customers are strongly encouraged to view the "Welcome Tutorial".
- This program is for unemployed and underemployed customers only.
